I love coaching volleyball! I want to be a resource for players and coaches to get better at the sport and to grow the sport!

I believe in positive feedback and building up a player to become their best self. Three decades of coaching have given me many tools to help players find success. The most important is watching and listening to the players to learn how best to help them. Video review is used to help players become more self aware so that they know what to correct. I train the mind to become better life-long learners and give coping strategies for when players feel defeated or down so that they can overcome their self doubts and shine in pressure situations. Players will walk away with things they can do to get better even after our session is over.

I have coached for numerous clubs and high schools in my career and I look forward to joining you in your volleyball journey.
